ABOUT ME

I am Linda Frey, an 18-year-old racing driver from Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

Having grown up in Schaan, Liechtenstein, I tried many hobbies, but it wasn't until I was 16 years old that I found what really suited me.

Racing.

First in the racing simulator and then finally on the real racetrack.

For me, motorsport perfectly combines precision, physics, strategy, technology, sensitivity, and data analysis with adrenaline and speed. There's no comparable feeling to driving a race car at its limit.

But the road to get here was anything but easy. Looking at the most successful racing drivers and their career paths, almost all of them have three things in common. First, they are male; second, they started with karting; and third, they did so at a very young age, usually under 10.

I don't fit any of those three criteria. That's precisely why I want to prove that with willpower, courage, and hard work, you can be fast (or even faster) and achieve anything.

Successes

In just 19 months, from the first contact point of being a racing driver to head-to-head races on the most legendary racetracks, with a spectator audience of over 100,000 people.

This is just one example of my many achievements, which were often portrayed as "impossible." With passion, willpower, and the drive to "always get faster," I trained as much as possible to keep up despite my lack of time. But simply keeping up isn't enough for me; I want to be faster, I want to win.

This season alone, I was sometimes faster than drivers who had driven the exact same car before I had ever even sat in the simulator.

My learning curve has been steep so far. But I want it to continue like this.

Please support me so that I can continue to follow my dream.

Goals

2023: Top 10 in the official Swiss Championship in simulator racing.

2024: first experiences on the real racetrack at two race weekends in the Renault Twingo EuroCup.

2025: first season in a professional motorsport environment in the electric NXT GEN CUP as part of the DTM and participation in the CEZ (central european zone) Formula 4 Shootout, where I test drove a Formula 4 car (Tatuus T-421 Gen 2) and participated in two Twingo weekends.

2026: ?

Our goal is to take the next step in professional touring car racing.

The BMW M2 Cup, which will be relaunched in 2026.

For me, at this point in my career, it's the perfect next step towards a professional career.

Even though I have to temporarily say goodbye to electric motorsport, my interest in the future of motorsport remains the same.

My long-term goal is to drive as a professional racing driver in sustainable racing series; whether purely electric, with hydrogen or other future technologies, I want to prove that sustainable racing can be just as fast, entertaining and thrilling as with combustion engines.

Furthermore, I want to be an example and a source of motivation for people with goals/dreams that are labeled "impossible." Because you can achieve anything!

Motorsport is so much more than just driving in circles. Strategy, teamwork, data, and much more are transferable to both personal and business life. As a member of Generation Z, I can authentically convey this, especially to young people. Whether as a keynote address to teenagers in Liechtenstein or as a workshop at the racetrack for your clients, I'm sure to have the perfect solution for you.

Your design on my entire car in front of over 100,000 people at racetracks in Germany? Or would you prefer an event or a social media post?

There are countless ways to increase the visibility of your company/business/foundation. Whether in Liechtenstein/Switzerland or on racetracks in Germany as part of the DTM. Together, we will find a solution to achieve your desired visibility.
